If I could, I wouldn’t even give a star. Luggage was not put on a national flight, of 1 hour, with 20 people on it. Have been waiting for 3 days and 9 flights, and still nothing, they are not even able to tell me what is happening. Keep referring me to Aberdeen airport, even though the luggage actually needs to be put on a flight to Aberdeen before they can do anything about it.

Can’t check in my bag through to the second booking, both on BA. BA can do it. Swissport can do it. BA explained Menzies don’t train their staff how.
