What an absolute joke. Called twice and had to give the details of my first born just to go on a call back list because apparently they couldn’t transfer me to someone that could help when all I wanted to know is if they stock a product. Called NZ Safety Blackwoods and the lady was amazing, they found the gas I was after and put it aside for me straight away with no issues. If you’re looking for a test gas but a bit stuck, don’t waste your time with Air Liquide, go straight to NZ Safety Blackwoods technical solutions.
Very poor service. Had multiple service issues during the last 12 months. Account manager (Abhi) say he'll do things, and just never do. You'd be lucky to get an email response or phone call. Everything seems to be in the "too hard" basket
Excellent Service. Must try to open account.
They say they open at 8am trying calling them at 8:30 am and still says you calling outside hours. Bad service overall and will be opening an account with someone else
