Joshua W****** was professional and courteous in installing a new 1-year filter and doing routine maintenance. The company should provide him with a better-designed mask, because it kept slipping below his nose, and he kept having to move it up, to cover his nose (which detracts from his work and adds to the risk of covid-19 transmission, unfortunately).
Juan was extremely knowledgeable, patient with our many questions and very friendly. From the office to the technician, the service provided by AC by Jay has always exceeded our expectations.

Appreciated being kept informed about when the technician, Todd C****** was going to be at our home, and receiving a text message with his photo. Todd was very pleasant and professional. He gave us good insight about the life-cycle of our water heater and provided a quote promptly.
Todd consistently arrives on time and has all the parts necessary to do the repair. He always wears a mask and shoe covers and leaves our house completely clean.
AC by Jay was fast to respond and came out in a timely manner. Buzz was great, very informative and answered all our questions thoroughly. Would recommend this AC company!
