Brett Sunduall of ACbyJ performed a seasonal checkup of our AC system today, and we were really impressed by his technical knowledge, his thoroughness and his sincerity. He excelled in every respect, and he quickly resolved a long standing problem with vibration that has bothered us for years. He is an outstanding representative of ACbyJ and we appreciate the great service he provided.

Second year to use ACbyJ for spring AC check up. They seem to do a very thorough job. Like all companies, they tell me about upgrades, memberships, etc but they are not pushy. I felt like they were being honest with me about options, issues, and consequences of my choices (good and bad). I will use them again.

Very pleased that Greg Sanders was sent to our home as the Technician performing summer maintenance on our two AC units. Greg was thorough in his work and great at answering questions from me as I looked over his back from time to time. His demeanor was professional and positive throughout. This was our first time using ACbyJ ... overall I’m very happy.

Jacob and his coworker timber did and awesome job replacing my copper pipe. Didn’t think it could be done but those guys got the job done. They were professional in there job and very polite. Thank you!

Appointment process friendly. Communication about service very good. Some small confusion initially about billing easily solved. Tech James arrive on time. Very informative with excellent communication skills. Service report somewhat technical; consider abbreviation and in lay terms. Very pleased with the entire service which is why we are longstanding clients. J&J 5Stars

We had Todd come back and do repairs he had recommended. He was timely, professional and he explained what he did. It's a great benefit to get on their plan, you save quite a bit.

Awful experiences. They've been out 3 times this week to try to figure out why the NEW A/C unit they installed had been tripping a breaker, still no answer & no A/C in this heat. Now, they're Lead Technician has come and shorted out the main breaker to the house. No A/C & No power to the house. Been waiting all day and night for an answer/repair, but nothing.
