We have been using AC by J for about 10 years and have been very please with their service, and the professionalism, of both the air condition and plumbing. Very neat and do a great job explaining things and giving options.
We needed a new water softener system. Another company quoted us over $1,000 more than AC by J. Then we found out that AC by J also uses a locally made system and it has a long warranty. They were quick on time and McKinley did great work. He went over everything with us before he left. We are very happy.

The scheduling staff was friendly and helpful. They explained the entire process. The technicians that came to work on our heating were very professional and knowledgeable. The Field supervisor that came out to set up the AC replacement was friendly and explained everything thoroughly. Everyone wore a mask and socially distanced themselves. I would definitely recommend using AC by J for any HVAC needs.

The technicians have been knowledgeable and friendly. They have a thorough process and follow up to make sure everything was done to your satisfaction.
