This was the first time I have used AC by J. I felt it was necessary to have the company send someone as soon as possible since it was a plumbing problem. Todd C. came and was very polite and knowledgeable. He explained what was causing the problem and how he would fix it. After this experience I am confident that I will call AC by J should I again have any plumbing problems.

Noel J came today for the Fall checkup of my AC / Heating System. He was wearing a mask, and practiced social distancing during the entire time he was here. He was great, he explained the things that are going to be problems in the future, checked that everything was functioning properly, that all connections were tight, and that drains were clear. I would welcome Noel and AC by J back again in the future. they do a great job, and no trying to sell things that aren't necessary.

Derick had all the answers. I know a little something about HVAC systems. While he was here he looked at both my AC units. They are different types and he was able to work on both.

McKinley did a great job. Answered my many questions and quickly followed up with the two quotes I requested for future plumbing projects. He also did a great job of clearing the stubborn drain clog that he came out for in the first place.

Chadney my service technician was helpful and informative. He arrived on time and fixed the problem in a timely manner. He used good covid-19 protocols which is good because mom is elderly. We had great service from AC by J.

AC by J came out for an AC problem. Of course the problem would not happen when he was out to look at the unit. He look over entire until and thermostat. He provided some extra care to the unit and told me to call again if the unit has another problem.

We have used Air Conditioning by J since they started business and have never had anything but excellent service from them, The one today is in that group.
