RecommendedService was exceptional from start to finish! Still some more work to be done on my boiler, but I don’t expect anything but top notch service when Paul returns. Even with the issues that seemed to be non-stop Paul remained professional and friendly.
Furnace went out last night brrrrr! A big thank you to Air Care in Beaver Dam and Mark for getting us up and running again! Fast, friendly, knowledgeable and kind! Highly recommend...

Called today for service, but had to settle on an appointment for Monday afternoon. THEN, to my surprise, Katie called ME back and said she could have someone here today, AND to fit my schedule! I was thrilled and would highly recommend them.
They returned our call quickly and were able to come out to our home just a quick. The tech that came to our home was friendly and kind. He explained what happen in terms we could understand. The office staff I spoke to when I called to pay the bill were friendly and kind.
We had to call Air Care on Christmas afternoon due to our furnace being out. Matt was there within an hour and we had heat again within 2 hours. A huge THANK YOU goes out to you and your boss (I didn't catch his name). We know that we took you both away from your families on a holiday and truly appreciate it from the bottom of our hearts. As a Realtor, and fellow business owner in Beaver Dam, I will always highly recommend Air Care to all my clients and customers. Thank you!
We built our house 20 years ago and used Air Care then. Over the years have had them in for service, the technicians are always very friendly and professional! We just replaced our furnace and air conditioner. We went with Air Care again and are extremely happy with the install and our new system. So happy to have a reliable company to do the work.
They just came out and fixed my AC unit. Inexpensive fix, friendly service tech. Excellent experience.
I called this morning because our boiler was out and we suspected that it really needed to be cleaned. Technician Mark came out within a couple of hours and quickly found our problem, cleaned the boiler, then cleaned up. He was super about explaining and showing me what was going on and what this might mean for the future. He was very friendly and thorough (my son even wanted him to stay for lunch!!).
