I'm very grateful to the receptionist i recently spoke to and my doctor for sorting out a very difficult issue I had with a prescription problem I had with my ADHD meds. I was so relieved when I got a message that a new prescription had been issued to a new pharmacy, and now I'm able to get my meds on Monday. Without this help, I don't know how I would have survived this month which is one of the busiest months I have all year. While visiting my family my 4 month baby became ill. Called this surgery who said they couldn't help. Apparently registration can take upto a few weeks so there 'is nothing we can do'. My own GP in London registered me and gave me an appointment on the same day. They refused to help a sick baby due to paperwork. Definitely more of a case of we didn't want to help as opposed to, we can't help.
Is it just me or has the reception staff gone down hill? So disappointed, been going to this practice for 30 odd years. Any feedback would be appreciated. Thanks
I have been going to this surgery only a few months, but so far so good. Excellent service, not long waiting list, diligent doctors that seem they enjoy their profesión with their commitment. I hope nothings changes, as I was very disappointed with my previous GP.
This is the best Drs practice I've ever been with. Excellent medical and admin teams. You are treated with care and respect by everyone
