I just had my first rehabilitation session with Jordan to recover from an achilles rupture and the few exercises that he has showed me have already felt more effective than a month with regular NHS exercises. He was very good at patiently explaining what these exercises would do to strengthen my calf and I am looking forward to working with him!
Went for my first session and can tell I am in great hands. My physio did a very thorough examination and is helping me get back to 100% and build strength for my particular sports.
Jordan was very thorough, very understanding, and great at working out the problem and what to do about it. He was recommended by a friend of mine, and I would also highly recommend.
Had great experience planning a specific set of exercises with Jordan. He responded really quickly to my initial request, fixed up a time quickly which was what I needed, listened carefully and talked me through the plan. Best of all he filmed me doing the exercises on my phone and described how each exetcise was to be done which is so much better than writing them down or a diagram. Now it's just down to me to do the rest. Throughly recommend.
