Absolute scum, my dad is in hospital after having a stroke and they won't allow me to order him a new card and pin. The man cant remember any of his details and they couldn't care a less, unable to pay his rent and he will now lose his house because of these wankers.
Sat 20 mins waiting, to be told they couldn't help us open a bank account, cause they were busy. Very rude and obviously don't need new members. Out business shall go elsewhere .
In today and the staff member that dealt with me was both professional and pulled out all the stops to get me sorted. She also showed me how to work online banking this will save me a trip to Dungannon in the future.
