Very unprofessional from the minute I walked into the store, no acknowledgement of their customers, had to use their machine to drop the lino down myself as the owner was busy having a cig and chatting to friends in the doorway. They gave me an appointment for their surveyor to come and measure up from 2-4 then 4-6. Rang them at 3pm and at 6pm for them to tell me he’s had issues with his van and won’t be coming now.
