Gud friendly staff
I can’t begin to explain my poor experience. I contacted the company and explained on live chat I was off on Friday and Monday on annual leave. This was Tuesday or Wednesday and they assured me I’d get it on one of these two days, so I ordered. Monday comes, and I’ve not even had notification from DHL, so I contact the company. First initial response was great, they apologised and told me DHL had lost it and they sent out another. Great right? Then, DHL delivered this to the wrong address (a business). Cheaply made products, poor design choices, and all at expensive prices. Avoid these. Wish quality and wish delivery times.
