My husband and I had the pleasure of dealing with Yasemin at agent hybrid for the purchase of our new house. From start to finish Yasemin was hard working, personable, easy to contact and always quick to act. The moving process is always a stressful task and the trouble we had with solicitors didn't help but Yasemin was always there to support us. Agent hybrid aren't your usual stuffy estate agent, they're modern and friendly with an inviting office. Absolutely recommend using this estate agent for property sales!
I had to move to Stevenage last minute. Considering I have never been to Stevenage, Agent Hybrid was very helpful with finding me a room. I had to leave the room earlier then expected and they were very helpful with finding a new tenant as quickly as possible. Michelle and Yaesmin in particular were very informative.

I have never forgotten the impeccable service by both Ashley and James. Have used them in the past when viewing properties for myself and my parents on several occasions. Although I didn't buy a property with them I felt their service to me stood out from all other agents in the area. Spoke to the director about a potential property for sale in Stevenage. He was very patient and explained to me all I needed to know about the property, including answering all my questions. Straightforward with his answers and not trying to sell me fake info. Sadly to say, the property is a bit further from the station, otherwise, would have placed an offer.
