My son has been with Agency Assistance for a year now and they have turned his life around. The care given is tailored to his needs and his accommodation was specific to him. Julie and her team endeavour to treat their clients with respect and dignity. I can not fault it.
do not work for this company , they will randomly take shifts off without notice , will do holidays sometimes without paying tax which is illegal , they will do your pay as "units : 1 . rate : 1350.50 " as example and u gotta track your own hours . if client doesnt have a career or staff - agency assistance will stick charge the client/pocket it , they will dismiss you without any notice and not under gross misconduct and will not allow any "3rd party" for when dismissal as witness or any recordings or any other way . it wil... read more
