I recently contacted Age UK Ealing by phone and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The person I spoke to was quite rude and did not take the time to listen properly to my situation. I felt dismissed throughout the conversation, and in the end I was simply told that they could not help me, after my time had already been wasted.
