Had a sports massage by Dimir to relieve tightness in the upper back area. Dimir went straight to work and I feel got a lot out of the 45 minute session where a number of techniques were used. With my consent, Dimir also did some chiropractic adjustments to release tension in the neck area. A few days on I can say feeling much less tightness and would really recommend Dimir if you’re looking for someone who’s straight to the point and not afraid to apply pressure.
Had My first Massage at Aga & Ola on Saturday and it most definitely will not be my last! A short walk from Central Station, it's easy to find. The Reception area sets the scene immediately with neutral tones making it warm, inviting and calming from the moment you enter. The consultation was excellent - Batul really knew what she was doing - I felt taken care off but also well informed. Everyone in the clinic was super nice and helpful.
First time at Aga and Ola and it didn’t disappoint - amazing treatment from Meghan. I rebooked before leaving.
