Watch out for some of the younger staff in this store who clearly don’t understand basic customer service and lack even basic manners. I was genuinely shocked. They were effectively making up their own rules, dictating when and how a gift card could be used. We visited your store today to collect a pre-order and spent $500 on the Creel House set. While in store, my daughter wished to use her birthday money to purchase the Cruella’s Car. The display model was clearly marked as being on special inside the acrylic case. However, when we went to the counter, the staff member advised the price was incorrect and stated he had no ability to override the system.
