What a shame! I telephoned Wednesday evening to check stock & price, the mower was confirmed at £115 with free delivery. I decided to drive the 90mins the next morning as I needed to ensure I had the machine for the weekend. In spite of me saving the cost to them of postage they actually put the price up to £119 & wouldn’t budge when I questioned it. Ordered a Hozelock 20m auto hose reel which arrived promptly and well packaged. There was a short feeder hose missing and they confirmed they would send one out. Very efficient dealing with this company.
Purchased Mountfield Princess 38, easy to order on website and excellent delivery within 2 days of ordering. Well packaged and easy to assemble except for the grass box (not the suppliers fault - but Mountfield), manual was useless and took over an hour to try to assemble the flimsy grass box, luckily still had my previous model princess grass box and luckily fitted the new model so using that and putting away the latest flimsy box! Thanks for excellent service Garden Fox.
First time here. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Just looking around and could see it was well stocked with a good variety of garden equipment.
