I was charged $200 as I was told the work would need 2 people and an extension ladder for my 3 storey home. Neither was actually the case, as there is access via the 2nd storey deck. Also, the main issue, rain flowing over the downpipe at the front of the house, persists!

I will never consider hiring this company again or recommending them to anyone. Mr. Bell is a very friendly and convincing individual. Unfortunately, the quality of the work was very poor. They showed up to work after lunch time which should have set-off an alarm in my head based on the size of the house and the amount of work required. 1. The Roof was old when we got up there and i didnt want to use any thing to damage it so we did a soft wash the stain didnt come out so i didnt charge him !!! His house sat for 40 years and was beat up after cleaning the rest of the house looked Great it had a inch of green mold on it the nabor came over and thank us she sayed he never had nothing done to his home and she had to look at it every day she even brought us over lemmonade we word to late rinseing every thing down he felt that we should restore his siding at no ext... read more
