THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL, AND QUICK WORKERS. THEY CLEANED UP AFTER THEY WERE FINISHED.
The communication, scheduling and pricing were all excellent. Will be using again for future services.

Very professional, neat and reasonable. House looks great. Tom and Calvin were very nice and went above and beyond.
Need to work more and talk less, also did not practice safe distance from the customer, and did not wear a mask the hold time.

We were nowhere approx 10 ft from him and I had him put payment in the mailbox to keep a safe distance, and no when you are working outside with water wet mask you can not breathe. Try putting a wet rag over your mouth, you can not breathe. We kept our distance and explained what we did.
First off not even a half star should be checked but did not have that option. Poor service and over priced. This guy Tom Bell who runs this place tries to talk a good sale saying he has a $10,000 vent cleaner...it was a larger version of the old time vacuum cleaners from back in the day. So do not believe the hype. Workers cut corners if you do not watch them. Had them come back for missing several vents. We did service this home and she just dont belive the cost of equipment and as far as the vents i all ways ask the costomer to walk us around so nothing got missed !!! and as far as price we are about 40% cheaper cause i have no kids and semi retired if you looked thru the rest of reveiws people are happy some people are just people we put are heart and soul in every thing we do
Thom and John are who I worked with. Both were professional. John arrived early and immediately. Our gutters and roof are clean and the debris was removed. Great crew!
