Good guy. Was exactly on time, explained the process and did all work carefully and thoroughly. Very satisfied. When rehab of house is completed we will have him return.
The owner, Tom, is great, explained his awesome air duct cleaning machine which cuts down the time it takes to do the job - a win win! They were in and out in a jiffy, cleaned up everything and took it with them. And the price is great -- won't hesitate to use this company again (and again and again) :D
Contractor came on the schedule day, but the job was not to my satisfaction. It was incomplete and when I called several times to redo he never showed. He promised things he did not deliver.

No job was done right we power washed the whole house it was a small ranch house after cleaning gutters before power washing water leaks at seams I told her being its a small house all we need is a 6 ft ladder to calk gutters at no extra charge when I am in the hood cause it needs to be bone dry I have not had a job down in vineland and she called and explained it would take 45 mins there and 45 mins back it would take 3 hours to do her that favor and would cost $105.00 I told her just wait I will do it for free when I have ... read more

Yes, we serviced his home he had a birds nest inside his vent after removing the nest we treated the vent and but covers on the outside to stop birds from coming back before I took the project I told him he needs a contractor to remove inside fan cause it is hard-wired in I think he did not fully understand.

Great experience. Tom was very responsive and communicated different levels of pricing very well. I knew what to expect before he arrived. If any schedule changes occurred then he communicated them immediately. Very punctual and respected social distancing guidelines in place. Explained the job again before starting.
