(Updated 25 Nov 2023) I called Affordable Roofing regarding a roof leak near the rear chimney. They came out and sent a drone up, and pointed out the hole in the leadwork. I was quoted what I felt was a significant sum to have my side of the shared chimney repointed as well as having the leadwork fixed and agreed to the work without shopping around. They turned out to be ok. Work took some time as I had questions regarding the quality of what was done initially, but the job was completed eventually. They have no issues with ... read more
