I’m very disappointed with my experience, I made an appointment four days in advance to get help filling out some legal documents, only to be given the runaround. Their phone line is especially frustrating, it goes straight to an AI assistant that offers little to no real help, and I could never get through to an actual person. I have come to this company for many services, My divorce, probate when my grandmother passed away. And just recently my business startup. Chinah is so helpful and knowledgeable. She goes above and beyond. Her communication is way better than I’ve gotten from attorneys & she held my hand all the way through. They are a One stop Legal shop if they do not offer the service they will find someone to help you. I don’t know about legal terms and regulations but If I need help I’m Calling here 1st.
