Inspector Potts was as good as they come. His extensive experience was apparent from the first 2 minutes in the home as he identified multiple issues that I never would have thought of. He did not rush and did not sugar coat the issues but instead said it exactly as it was. A true breath of fresh air in a society that is becoming more and more afraid to offend people. Mike was great in getting an honest and thorough inspection. Very informative and caught things that a previous inspection should have but did not. Mike also explained everything as we went along and made sure we understood before he was finished. Great inspection!
