Very pleased with the service of this company. Affordable pricing and quality work. Michael and his son were On time and very knowledgeable In every aspect of the inspection. Notified us of moisture and damaged areas and explain to us in detail what needs to be done. This was the absolute BEST inspection I have ever received. Mike was amazing and extremely informative! Mario was very brilliant for still being in training. They answered all of my questions, and gave an amazing service! I 100% recommend.
Mike was hands down the best inspector I could have asked for. Affordable inspections is extremely thorough, knowledgable, and straight forward. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a home inspection company. Mike not only did an amazing job inspecting our property but he also did an amazing job with our 4 point inspection and wind mitigation reports. Fast turnaround as well. He also taught us as he inspected. Made sure we knew what he was telling us.
Michael was very knowledgable and provided a great overall experience. Great price and quick turnaround for our 4 Point Inspection. I would highly recommend and intend to keep in mind for any future inspections.
Inspector Potts is an amazing gentleman that takes care of his customers. He has decades of experience! I had an inspection emergency, and he was able to rework his day to take care of me.
