Took 6 days to provide report to buyers. Instead of sticking to facts, interjected his opinion. Told buyers some of the rehab wasn’t done correctly even though every permit was pulled, passed, and closed out. This inspector asked the buyer to not share the report with sellers. What’s he got to hide? #dealkiller
Michael was very thorough in the inspection and saved us from purchasing a house that was pretty much deemed unsafe, and would cost alot of money down the road for our family. He was very professional. And showed us everything that was wrong.I will be definitely using him again, when another house comes along.

Michael Potts is very personable. His communication level is excellent. He's completely likeable. Not only is he an experienced, knowledgeable property inspector, but he's a licensed general contractor as well. I would use him in a heartbeat for property inspections on homes I sell, but I reside in California and Michael is based in Clearwater, FL. We had a very challenging home for Mr. Potts to inspect. It was a foreclosure that had been neglected for a very long time and as a foreclosure we did not have the benefit of any seller disclosures. As a result Mike had to be extremely thorough and assume the worst as he worked through the home.
