Michael conducted a very thorough inspection of a property I want to purchase. He walked me around to show me some minor improvements I may want to have done, explained some facts of the building that I would not have know. He was very professional and I highly recommend him. We are purchasing a home and had Affordable Inspections come out to do a Home Inspection. We neededd to reschedule use it a few time and they were extremely easy to work with and accommodating. Excellent! Both Michael & Mario took their time and did a very thorough inspection. They explained everything they were doing and answered all of our questions.
