Make sure you get any quotes in writing as this conman will try to charge extra, he clearly saw 2 young girls and thought he was quids in. Never came back to finish the job. Rather than remove the old concrete footings he just moved the property line, as my garden is higher than my neighbours that has left me with a 1ft deep trench along the length of the fence. The actual fence seems fine, level and decent quality just a shame about the rest
