For question #3, yes, the cost and my share of was explained to me, however payment plans etc was not.
Whoever operates the CT scan should be fully trained and knowledgeable on how to use the machine; it makes customers a little nervous when they don't feel confident that the procedure is being performed correctly. It was appreciated that the additional waiting time was compensated with Starbucks card...Thank you!
Dr. Horton was very nice and explained my situation and options clearly. I don't remember the names of the assistants but they were awesome as well. They made me feel comfortable and welcome to be there
