The staff was technically capable and nice enough, but I didn't feel like they cared that much. There was not attempt to get to know me or talk to me aside from when to open/close my mouth or let me know I needed a filling. The equipment seems old, the x-ray machine had duck tape on it and at one point I was asked to hold it still because it wouldn't stay where it was placed above my head. In the end I got good dental care, but it wasn't a great experience. I'm not terribly impressed.
Everyone was very professional, very considerate and kind. The doctor was thorough and gave me answers to my questions. And I especially appreciate being given the needed discount for my mouthguard - much appreciated!
My first visit and it was good. I appreciated the friendly atmosphere and informative exam. I hope to utilize your service in the future.
I have only been there once, so I want to wait to pass judgement.
Great staff, all was verry nice
Dental check up was fine, but I would have strongly preferred to have check up and cleaning at the same time. More available hours for dental hygienists would have prevented another trip to dentist.
Very nice and attentive assistance, and Dr. Horton is very knowledgeable, and has done a great job for me in the past.
All of your staff that has treated and or greated me, has been very professional, friendly, and took the time to explain all they were doing or were proposing to do.
Wonderful staff and Dentist. Felt comfortable and taken care of. So appreciative!! It’s been since last December since I was able to seek dental care, have had some emerginces to take care of, and experienced some shady dental providers during that time as well. The dental care team put together a plan and alliviated my worries. So greatful.
