Everything was very nice.
The secretary was very accommodating. The doctor was always considerate.
The receptionist, Shelby and Dr. Nguyen were all very pleasant and helpful.
The dentist and dental hygienist were great the front desk staff could not be bothered. We were told to sign in and and that was the beginning and end of our interaction with desk staff. When we left I said have a nice day and there was no response. I want to be clear that we were very pleased with the actual services, however, as the first to greet clients and the "face of the office" the desk staff can be more welcoming. It was as if we weren't there.
Everyone was really nice, friendly and helped me feel relaxed and informed.
This was by far the worst dental experience of my life. Betty, the hygenist was awful. She was rude, she explained nothing. She was heavy handed while numbing my mouth. Her bedside manner was the worst I have ever experienced. I will NEVER go to your office again. I also expressed this to Betty and she snidely said, "Thank you". This women should NEVER be working on patients.
The clinic seemed to be understaffed that day. The woman that took my x-rays seemed very rushed. Everyone was friendly though, and did their jobs thoroughly.
Best thing about the visit was Dr. Mai Ngueyen. I've never had a dentist explain what was happening with my teeth in such detail. It was like a crash course in dental care for Dummies. Loved it. The only thing I would change is the op room temp. It was uncomfortable cold.
I came to get another opinion after I felt my previous dentist was upselling. These guys were super friendly and I felt they listened to people and there budget instead of trying to get everyone a Hollywood million dollar smile. I know what I need and they listened.
