Really easy to deal with, really professional made my experience swiftly easy! Unlike any other letting company I have used would highly recommend! Do not go with Affitto, they cost us £12.000 to repair the rental we had with them. They hired it out to people who used it as a cannabis farm. Damaged all throughout. No one could believe Affitto had checked it in April, there was a farm in the loft at this stage, the house must have stunk of weed. The insurance would not pay out because Affitto did not do due diligence when finding a Tennant and could not provide some paperwork.
