DIABOLICAL SERVICE, from start to finish. first they were a local service to Medway and then they moved to Brentwood and have now moved to East Grinstead. Very Friendly to start with, then once they have your money it takes ages to get anything processed. We were fobbed off constantly when trying to recover documents from them. Took three attempts at calling to get the info required to release documents. 3 different lists of information on each call. finally told to contact a third company at the East Grinstead address......... read more
Constantly have to chase them, they never return calls... not a great experience
Do not use this company under any circumstances if I went through all my experiences in detail you'd be horrified. In short after 4 years trying to get them to complete their service I'm still waiting for a partial refund as I've given up chasing for the work to be completed!
