Lighting problems
CONSTANT NOISE ALL DAY & NIGHT There’s a train stop point behind the building. The engines keep running all night. YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO SLEEP EVEN WITH THE WINDOWS CLOSED. See video for reference, it was at 5 a.m. Trains pass by throughout the day which is fine but they’re at a haul right behind the building throughout the night so the noise is constant.
The staff at Embankment West has been exceptionally friendly and helpful. I primarily interact with Kelsie, Laura, and Florin, who consistently go above and beyond to assist me with various property-related matters. Even when I am unable to personally visit the development to aid a tenant, all three of them willingly step in to help in my absence, despite it not being mandatory for them to do so.
