Great people! Dr. Mangan , the ophthalmologist, was extremely meticulous in his exam and truly cared about my dog's health.
It was so very hard to sit by his side and say goodbye as he crossed over the Rainbow Bridge, but I simply must share that the staff, technicians, nurses, and doctors at Affiliated Pet Emergency Services made this experience so much easier with their kindness and caring manners. It's obvious they must truly have a calling. They even put our sweet boy in a little coffin, and gave us a clay cast of his pawprint. Friendly staff but they do not seem to care about accurate diagnosis or finding out the problem with your pet, just how much money they can charge. When we drove 90 minutes to get there and did not agree to an overnight stay at a cost of $1,600, it seemed that they could not get us out the door fast enough. It really seemed that they cared more about the fee collected than devising a treatment plan for our dog.
This place is amazing! Tonight was my first time going there with my poor cat and I have to say the staff is so sweet and social! The Dr was amazing he has the best bed side manners! He recommended things to me without pushing it down or obligating me to do it! Will definitely go back if I need too!
I can't say enough about Dr. Molstad and staff, their assistance in one the hardest times in my life, was made easier by their sincere care and concern.......................Thank you all for your service to all of us "Pet Parents" you are truly irreplaceable.
The staff are amazing and genuinely concerned for their patients. I highly recommend them!!
