Very thorough, very professional. I use the AVS Specialty Care side of the house....NOT the Emergency Vet side... I live 90 minutes away. Appointments run long because they are specialists....and much diagnostic testing is usually required. Bring a book...or enjoy the free Wi-Fi.
Had an amazing experience during a very stressful time. They worked quickly and gave me all the information needed and called me with updates exactly when they said they would! Pricing was fair considering the emergency situation and all of the staff was extremely kind and caring. Although I hope I never have to go back- I definitely recommend this place for any after hours emergency needs!
RecommendedThis is the second time we have had an emergency with one of our dogs. They are so amazing with our dog but also with our worried children. They are kind, friendly, very through. I find them priced accordingly for after hours or emergency care. I am so thankful for them all.
