The service was excellent. I would recommend Affiliated Pet Emergency for all pet emergencies.
We were so impressed by the care that our dog Kodi received while he was here for the weekend. It gave us so much peace knowing that he had 24/7 care. Our precious baby survived thanks to the caring staff at this facility! Plus, it was comforting to know that we could visit him any time we wanted. The doctor took her time to answer all of our questions. The bill was costly, but was so worth it because they saved our baby.
We just left there and unfortunately with our beautiful kitten name Chicken in a box. At no fault of the Dr's and techs and whoever had to do with the care of our beautiful kitten. I want to say thank you for helping us through this, taking all our call over the 24hrs she was there. RIP Beautiful Chicken.
I can not say enough good things about this place. Our puppy had a tragic accident and the whole staff, from the front to the back, have been amazing to us and our dog. The doctor even hugged me while I was crying about some tough decisions we were facing. It's an unfortunate reason I had to come to the vet but they have made the whole experience a little easier.
My dog was in dire need. But the wouldnt let him stay becuase I didnt have $1100. I wanted to give them down pymnt and make out a pymnt plan. They wouldnt do it. They just gave him painpills. He died that nite.
I am very impressed by everybody here. The entire staff treated my baby so good. Day six since her knee surgery and she is doing great!! They even called to see how things are going. People who say they are expensive, well you get what you pay for. Nothing but the best for my girl!! Thank you everyone!!
Awesome staff, kind and gentle with my baby. Explained everything thoroughly.
Negligent. We took our sick puppy in and after approx 2 hours was told he had an upset stomach. Because our pup Toto was fully vaccinated he wasnt tested for Parvo. We followed up with our regular vet (Addison Animal Hospital in Lake City) and was told the same thing. The fourth day of illness, after I suggest Parvo, he was tested and supposedly treated, unsuccessfully. A simple test that could have possibly saved our pet's life was not performed by either facility. Money will not bring our fur baby back but I asked Affiliat... read more
