This place is a death trap! We took our dog there on Saturday night and told them that she may have have gotten into some rat poison. They insisted that she had pneumonia and didn't even bother to check to see if she had eaten rat poison. On Sunday night we were called in and had to put our dog down. Our dog suffered and we were charged over $2000 due to their negligence and misdiagnosis.
Although in the end we had to let go of our beautiful Maggie May, she was well taken care of when we arrived and up to her last breath. We had to drive over an hour to Gainsville when no one in our area would help or was available, but these folks we there for us. Very caring and courteous staff in our hard time. Thank you from the bottom of our harts for your help and doing what you could for our old girl Maggie.
Felt more like I was being pushed by a telemarketer to apply for a loan than to tend to our dying dog; he was hit by a car. Doubtful of knowledge of staff as the veterinarian, or at least she represented herself as such claimed that our dog would reabsorb the blood in his stomach. That only works for vampires as far as I know. $700 overnight monitoring fee was just simply outrageous. I feel for people that their emotions over ride common sense and being taken advantage of.
