I can not say enough good things about AVS of Gainesville!! The staff are the MOST caring people. Had to take my sweet Soco in and she ended up needing both eyes removed. One of the hardest things I've ever done but the Doctor and staff were with us every step of the way. Soco is like a brand new dog now and thriving! She's so happy and we are thrilled she is no longer in pain. Thank you guys so much!

It's a very hard thing to ever lose a pet, but Affiliated Pet Emergency service made my pet's passing so much easier. Around 1 in the morning I called and got an immediate answer. They let me straight in and helped me fill out the paper work. The front desk personnel (I wish I had gotten her name) was absolutely a God send. She was so sweet and caring. We've had to take several of our pets to Affliated Pet Emergency Services over the years and did not hesitate to take our little chihuahua there last night. The receptionist on duty last night was so friendly, courteous, and helpful. We did have to wait a pretty long time, but that's to be expected when you don't have an appointment and pets are triaged. Yesterday, my dog got his jaw crushed by a Bull, and I am two hundred miles from home. The doctors and staff have done thier utmost to help him and worked as best they could within my budget. If it weren't for thier efforts my dog wouldn't have any chance at all.
