Experience was positive. I had no wait. Dr. was thorough. I was in and out in 25 minutes. Would recommend.
Went there on 11/8 to be seen for a cold. Experience was great. 2 days later I’m still coughing up green junk. Call at 815am, ask about being prescribed an antibiotic. Girl says she’ll call me back. I call an hour later, get voicemail. I call again another hour later, get a voicemail. At 1230pm I walk in asking for an antibiotic, they say I need to be seen again. Diagnosed quickly, medication was spot on to what my previous specialist (closed on weekends) had prescribed, very personable, knowledgeable, and invited questions with thoughtful answers. Clean facility. Dr. Anna Chon was very professional, asked thorough questions, did a physical exam of the problem area and diagnosed quickly and prescribed medication that was very helpful in bringing down the inflammation while being reserved, taking a cautious approach prescribing medication. I would recommend over the ER for non life threatening issues. Great service and quick- middle of the day on Friday
