RecommendedThey are quick and to the point once you are seen. I waited for 3 hours to be seem but afterwards was in and out in under 3 minutes for covid testing. Staff needs to speak up as they are quite soft spoken and muffled under their masks.
The most unprofessional, negligent so-called "health care provider" I've ever been to. For what it's worth, I filed an official complaint against this place with the Alabama Department of Public Health. I doubt it was the first and probably won't be the last.
Maaannnnnnn!!!........Don’t go to this place!!.....Horrible wait time (3-5 hours, we waited 3 1/2, some people around 5 hours!).......The front desk girls got bad attitudes!!....If you go for a COVID test, you either have to pay $150.00 out of pocket, or file it on your insurance. If you choose to file it on your insurance, you have to see the doctor as well!.....I took my son for a COVID test and told them I wanted to file it on my insurance....After waiting for 3 1/2 hours, I checked to see what was the hold up, because I ... read more

Came here trying to pick the lesser of 2 evils Hoping not to have to wait very long. Well I made the wrong choice as usual.2 and a half hours and still waiting. I just have no patience for this. Going to cause me to miss another night of work. Oh well.

They are supposedly open seven days a week, from 8AM to 6PM. However, I arrived at 11AM on 12/6/2020 and they are closed with no explanation. There were other cars in the parking lot, as well. They seemed to be waiting for them to open. I have been at this location before and I also agree with the previous reviews regarding the female that works the front desk. She is incredibly rude.
Apparently “tests available to ALL PATIENTS” is a lie. Put something on your door or your phone recording or website when you reach your limit of covid tests. A huge waste of time.
