I would give 0 stars if I could. Do not book with this company. Customer service is absolutely ridiculous. Upon booking you are put through to a very confused older gentleman with shocking customer service skills. I even had to chase them to send me an invoice and confirm booking. When I booked, I was told 3.5 hours was the duration of a standard clean. Upon the cleaners extremly late arrival I was told it would only be 2 hours instead of 3.5. After having paid £54. George and his team did a fantastic job. They were extremely thorough and very knowledgeable about how to deal with a post-building works clean. Our flat looked so amazing afterwards.
Brilliant service from George and the team. Did an end of tenancy clean with AEG. Communicated well leading up to the day of cleaning. Was on time for the day and swiftly collected the keys. Following day handed over the keys again on time. Place was absolutely spotless. Couldn’t fault it and neither could the estate agent as we got our deposit back in full and even thanked us for how clean it was left in. Price is competitive against the market rate for the area too. Wouldn’t hesitate to use AEG again in the future.
