best customer service i've had in a very long time and order came next day, will deffo use again!!
Terrible service and attitude, advertise the parts for sale and once youve paid then tell u there not in stock and have no idea of the eta. The same parts are still being advertised.....no mention on the site that there out of stock. Unable to actually speak to someone directly, all done by messages. Thankfully fully refunded, dont give them the chance as i did......trust the reviews
*Update* Responding to the reply I had below, I never said the sensor was fake, im saying its not a genuine part from VW. If you read my emails and review properly, you will see that i said to you that the fault was intermittent before and then as soon as the sensor YOU supplied then turned this intermittent fault to permanent, obviously not a coincidence. I gave up with all this messing around, so I purchased a NEW GENUINE sensor from VW and surprise surprise, worked first time and the fault vanished! Even though it was sta... read more
I hate to be the one to leave negative reviews, but I wish I had read more of them before ordering. I bought a sensor that was advertised as a genuine part. After fitting it, the fault on my car went from intermittent to permanent….. immediately suspicious. Customer service was awful. The phone number doesn’t work, email responses took 2–3 days each time. For the first response, I was told the sensor couldn’t be the issue, even though the fault worsened right after it was fitted. Website said anti roll bar was in stock, ordered and paid, it said 3-5 days delivery. After 7 days, nothing, I contacted them and they said the shipment had been delayed by 1 -2 weeks ( meaning it wasn’t actually in stock) a bit annoying but I said I’d wait, after a few weeks it still hasn’t arrived , so I asked for a refund, which they did quickly hence 2 stars . Could only contact them via messenger as landline didn’t work.
