If I could give zero stars I would. I watched a family member receive the most out of touch, impersonal care. They terminated their services for rescheduling appointments. The therapist are just sit there and barely listen, and when they do listen it's just to repeat what you said back at you with minimal effort. People come to you guys in crisis, how do you sleep at night knowing you aren't helping them? We just got a bill for the "care" received 9 months later and it's a ridiculous amount of money. I had a very negative experience with Dr. Ishmael. The communication felt dismissive and unprofessional, and I did not feel heard or respected as a patient. Mental health care requires empathy and understanding, and unfortunately that was not my experience here. I would not recommend this provider based on how I was treated.

Absolutely Avoid at all cost I was here for 18 months. Took benzos 24 years and was in process of a taper. I had my dose cut in half and received wrong dose of meds 15 days worth to make it 30 days. Front desk accused me of abusing it and not taking as prescribed. It was retaliation from the heavy women at front desk I reported for being unprofessional few weeks prior Rosie made sure it got done. This provider does not have the patients best interest at had. My daughter has been in her care for many years and they discharged her and could have cared less about her well-being moving forward. If I were you, I would definitely stray away from this provider.
