It’s rare that we as residents complain. But this has simply gotten out of control. These last few months have simply been horrible for the management of this complex. Occupants are a joke to them. If you want your issues to be taken seriously, (as there will be) look elsewhere. This is a fare warning. Advenir simply has to a better job communicating and facilitating requests from the occupants.

LOOK ELSE WHERE WITH THIS SHITTY AS MANAGEMENT COMPANY WITH A REVOLVING DOOR OF EMPLOYEES. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE. THE NEIGHBORS ARE OK BUT THE OFFICE.............. MAINTENANCE(DONT NOT TRUST THEM IN YOUR HOME ALONE)
They never return your calls or emails. Take your money with their hidden fees (trash,admin) and they run. Finally, I got away. Only for them to keep my security deposit and blame me for carpet stains that resulted from water leaks in my apartment home. Shame on you. I guess Advenir needs the money more than me. Robbery. Don't recommend. Keep looking. You'll find better!
worst place to live , you work very hard to pay your bills and , there is no parking, they constantly tow residents vehicle, the customer service at the office is poor and disgusting . since the new management. my reccomendation to people 1 being less likely and 10 be likely , i give them a -10
