Verified Renter I have loved living here! The apartments are beautiful themselves and the community is gorgeous also. I love living right next to the lake and the neighbors are very friendly! My only problem is there is one maintenance man so maintenance requests are answered pretty slowly.

Verified Renter Management and maintenance are excellent. The new ownership has made very nice upgrades. The biggest problem is price and the monthly fees for this complex and what are available for amenities is exorbitant. I would rather take my own garbage to the bin than pay $50 plus recycling fee that we don’t have (or at least offer it as optional). And the water/sewage is ridiculous!

Verified Renter It's a very nice community unless you want to enjoy in a pool which they don't have the last 5-6 months. Move here if you don't want to have a pool where you live.
BSA manager They are money hungry! Been here 2 years simply because when my lease was up inflation drove me to stay with the fluctuating housing prices. If you stay on the left entrance side in building 2/4 maintenance takes up an all but one single car garage which is already occupied by a resident that’s been her a long time. In addition, they have over head parking randomly thrown up but charge to park under, leaving many people like myself to have to park far away from their house, in the permit parking/ visitor parking.... read more

Verified Renter I love living here but the rents are getting too high for many of us to afford. It’s supposed to be a gated community with a swimming pool but that has not been the case for many months. Very disappointing.
