Had my first session with Karolina today, and my first ever sports massage! Will admit to being a nervous before hand but Karolina was so welcoming, knowledgeable and attentive that my apprehensions soon disappeared! Will definitely return- thank you so much!

I can highly recommend Karolina at Advantage Therapy. Thanks to her I've regained full range of movements in my left shoulder. Several physios and a chiropractor tried to achieve that but without success. She helps me to recover after weeks of intensive running and she fixes minor problems that happen along the way. Thanks to her I can enjoy my running more than ever.
