Our 96 year old mother recently passed away and had a funeral policy my father purchased in 1995. Sarah worked very hard to verify the old paperwork and make sure everything was in order. She made a difficult situation much easier to process. My family appreciated her compassion and integrity in doing her job with such grace and dedication. Sarah and Lydia definitely get gold stars in my book!

The representatives was very helpful and arranged service for very short notice.
Sarah and Lydia were very helpful, and made our arrangements go smoothly. My only suggestion would be to have the reception area roped off so people don’t start getting up to get their plates before the casket has been removed. Thank you
