We found the services to be straight forward and caring. We lived out of state and needed to handle everything from far away. The folks at Advantage were there for everything we needed with kindness and professional support every step of the way.
We can’t say thank you enough to the advantage team for all that you did for us. We had an amazing experience and everything was very very seamless. Not only were we very impressed with the timelines, professionalism, and rates; But how your team was respectful of our family member in our own home after passing away really set things apart in a positive way. I had a terrible experience with the viewing of my mother who passed recently the funeral home did not explain that my mother's viewing would not happen in a casket the viewing had to be changed to closed due to getting a call that my mother was in too bad of shape to be viewed so we went to the funeral home to say our last goodbyes thinking that it would be a closed casket only to be traumatized when we walked in and saw a cardboard box where we could see the body bag in the open holes of the cardboard box.
