Ordered brake caliper with pads for my vw, no trouble at all to get them to my location except the courier lost the pads on the way. Contacted the dealer and sent them pictures of the package and they where so helpfull and asked if i wanted a refund for the pads or if i wanted them to send a new package and there where no problem at all to get refund through paypal
Despite providing the VIN number these people sent the wrong part. They then disputed receiving it back, but acknowedged when I provided proof of who had signed for it their end and when. Since then, repeated promises that a refund has been processed, yet weeks and months have passed with no refund. Now I have raised it with my bank. Avoid these people, they appear not to be honourable, sadly
Ordered a pair of calipers for 2013 hilux using the find my vehicle service the wrong one’s came as it was more than 30 days they refused to take them back even though I was trying to order and pay the difference . I certainly would not use this company as I now have a pair of callipers which are of no use to me and I’m £120 out of pocket. Now that’s not good customer service
Warning! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SELLER! They advertise products with a two-year warranty on eBay, but when my item broke after just one year, they responded by saying that this type of damage is not covered. The description clearly states: “free 2 years warranty for this PART.” Be careful — many other people have also reported issues with getting support or replacement parts.
Phoned to ordered an ignition barrel from Advantage Auto Parts on Tuesday afternoon, the part arrived with Royal Mail the next morning before 10am. Now that’s what I call service … and we live in the Scottish Highlands which is like Outer Mongolia to some firms. Well done on a brilliant service.
