RecommendedDr. Helliwell delivered my beautiful son two days ago via c-section and I must say he the most compassionate and caring Dr. He has always been sensitive to all my concerns through out my pregnancy. This is by far the WORST medical care I have ever received...after having a high risk pregnancy since day one yesterday at 32 weeks I was sent to the hospital given plenty of instruction and told to return to there office today for a check up..they were suppose to fax over new medication and never did! The worst office staff I’ve ever spoken too. They were rude to myself and my daughter who is 21 weeks pregnant and worried. This is all due to an insurance issue that has all of a sudden come up but she has been seen there 3 other visits. They called 30 minutes before her appointment was to happen. I’m in the medical profession, I work with clients everyday and I would have never spoken to them in the way they spoke. Very uneducated, unprofessional, and not appropriate. Dr. Acceta is great and I would recommend him for all your gynecological care. He is very thorough and takes his time answering questions or concerns you may have. He takes his time and doesn't rush your visit and makes you feel very comfortable.
Great experience!! Dr. Helliwell was outstanding and has a very welcoming, friendly and professional staff. Pricing for services was reasonable and every visit was a positive experience. I would recommend this practice to my friends and family.
Dr Helliwell wasn’t bad but his office staff is the worst. They leave you on hold for 15 minutes just to confirm an appointment. When you come in the office they are more concerned about gossiping with each other than helping the people that keep them in operation. Billing takes 6 months to a year to get billed for your services and then they want payment in 5-10 days. Glad I found a new OB that has staff that reflects his values and work ethics.
Dr. Helliwell and his staff are the best! They always take good care of me.
